Shipping & Rates

Our aim is to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible, while ensuring that each order is safely and securely packed for its transportation.

Shipping is complimentary for all orders within 5km of Sydney’s CBD.  We will be in contact with you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

All other Australian order are shipped  using our Courier Service or Express Post where delivery is within 1 - 2 business days between major cities. To ensure that your order is received promptly, we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM (preferably a work address). If a PO Box is provided, your order will be shipped via Australian Registered Post, which might take longer to deliver.

International orders are sent via DHL Worldwide Express (full tracking available) and typically takes 2 - 4 business days for delivery between major cities (excludes Customs processing within your country).  A daytime delivery address must be provided since all parcels require a signature on delivery. PO Box addresses are not accepted. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, and your parcel will be left at your local post office if there is no one available to accept the delivery. NOTE: Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you and not GaryHeery.com. We have no control over the processing time by Customs in each country.

Any claim for shortage in supply or damage to the items ordered must be notified to GaryHeery.com within 5 days of receiving the goods. Claims after this period will be rejected.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from GaryHeery.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.

Shipping Rates - Our aim is to ensure that shipping and handling charges are kept at a bare minimum.

* Delivery within 5km of Sydney’s CBD is FREE.

* Above delivery time is an approximate and relates to major capital cities. Delivery time may vary between regional and metro areas and does not include time handled by Customs in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are accepted on items within 5 business days of receipt for items that are in their original condition.  

For Exchange, with confirmation of availability, the new item will be shipped to you once we receive your return. Exchanges within Australia are shipped to you free while International exchanges incur re-delivery charges.

For Refund, we will refund the value of the item (via the original form of payment ). Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged upon delivery. You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from garyheery.com.

All item prices are shown in Australian dollars and upon check out you will be charged in Australian dollars.

PAYMENT METHOD

GaryHeery.com will accept payment via credit card (Visa and MasterCard only). Our payment process is secure and uses SSL refer to Privacy Policy for further detail. If the above method of payment is not suitable for you please contact us via info[@]garyheery.com. for assistance.

SALES TAX (GST)

GaryHeery.com will only charge GST (10%) to Australian residents - this GST component is removed from all International purchases.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox immediately after processing your purchase - please contact us if you do not receive this.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once your order is processed you may not alter, change of address inclusive, or cancel an order without contacting Gary Heery and receiving written consent. Orders cannot be altered or canceled once items have been dispatched.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Each order receives a confirmation receipt via email immediately after you make a purchase. Once your order has been dispatched Mwe will then send another email with dispatch confirmation and appropriate tracking information if available.

USE OF INFORMATION 

Any information we collect is used to assist in delivering you your online order, relevant consumer information and notify you of products and offers that may be of interest to you as a valued Gary Heery Store customer. We do not disclose information that we hold to unrelated companies outside our corporate group for marketing purposes.

As required by law, you may "opt-out" from direct marketing material that Gary Heery Store may send by following the instructions at the bottom of our newsletters.
